Water cutting
This method is capable of cutting any kind of material, with thickness upto about 150mm (15cm), with a high cutting precision. The water jet cutting does not cause any physical alteration or deformation of the workpiece. It can also cut materials of uneven thickness and work on composite materials or laminated peices.
Savings
The width of the kerf is very percise, allowing the machiene to obtain the minimum amount of material removed.
Technology
The water-jet technology can cut all materials which laser cutting would damage such as rubber, cork, leather, foams, plastic, wood, carbon fiber etc. Other materials which it can work are: titanium, brass, copper, stainless steel, aluminum, glass, marble, ceramic etc.
