The present experience of more than 75 years guarantees a processing capacity at industrial level, combined with a large component of artisan craftsmanship, available to retailers, construction companies, town planners and private buyers.

A story of craftmanship

The founder Leo Ramella officially started the stonemason business in 1945. A man who thanks to his quick wit on 8 September 1944 managed to escape from a train that was taking him to Germany along with many other passengers, took refuge at a friend of Valdengo who was building a house and needed a stonemason. Certainly his destiny would also have landed in this work, having been the son of art for several generations, his father had worked on the Aswan dam, his grandfather had walked several times the path of the stonemasons who regularly went on foot from Favaro to work in Cervo Valley. We have come a long way since then, but we liked to remember who dropped the seed, and passed on their knowledge and passion.

A family business

We are a family business, which has been offering expertise in the stone sector for three generations.

Today, the experience of over 75 years carried out by the company guarantees an industrial level work capacity, with constant craftsmanship quality, available to retailers, builders, designers and private consumers.

We work granite and stones in general, starting from the rough block we are able to produce almost everything, from small tiles to mass works, to monumental pieces.

The new headquarters

In the current Castelletto Cervo plant, with an open area of 50.000 square meters, a covered area of 6.300 square meters and 4.800 square meters of block storage, we employ production managers for the management, control and fulfillment of orders and of our technical office for the elaboration of the projects.

Ramella Graniti is available to satisfy every request in the field of interior and exterior stone furnishings for the home, to meet every supply need in the stone field, with the production of semi-finished and finished products for construction, furniture, road works, plumbing. , funerary and with a particular specialization in the processing of large pieces, monuments and street furniture.
